Carrie Underwood - ABC's 'Good Morning America'

Carrie Underwood, 26, was the winner of the 4th season of American Idol. She is without a doubt one of the most beautiful women around. It was revealed today, November 6, 2009 that she feels her body has a flaw - it doesn't have a 6 pack. That is sad. She could so easily be a role model and step up and say "Hey I have a belly too and it is ok."

Instead she was interviewed by Parade  magazine  and said that she will get her abs in shape no matter what and no matter how long it takes.

If she gains weight she, like many women, gain it around her stomach and hips. I'm sure she's heard of Spanx! Luckily she believes that exercise is about more than just a flat tummy. Carrie believes it is a key to a happier, more clear-headed person.

Whatever she can squeeze in she does. It might be 1/2 hour on a stationary bike or a treadmill rather than a longer session but she knows that she is just all around better when she gets exercise and she sleeps better.
