For example one might be a cardio station where her trainer would set up a jump rope or have her do jumping jacks and then quickly switches to weight stations. Each station is done for 45 seconds. This is a great way to work out. It incorporates interval training, which is the best method of training. Switching from cardio to weights keeps the workout interesting and her heart rate up.
