I was reading WebMD and immediately told my husband to bring home ice cream!

"Healthy comfort foods, fresh fruit, and even the occasional sweet treat all can help you fight stress when times get tough."

There are specific stress reducing food that can keep you fit and stress - free:

  • Almonds, Pistachios and Walnuts
  • Avocados
  • Warm skim milk - I think that since we are the  only mammals who drink another mammal's milk we might want to stay away from milk and go with soy or rice milk - another story - another day.
  • Oatmeal
  • Orange juice - This is another one that also listed may not be that good for you. Oranges are very acidic. Watch for any signs of not feeling well after you eat acidic foods.
