"You only fail if you fail to try." *

I think most people by now have heard that keeping a journal is a good idea. It is a great idea. It helps to not allow you to eat mindlessly. If you are the type of person who goes by the nuts in your canister on your counter and grabs a handful writing it down will help you know what is really going in your mouth at the end of the day.

The same goes for your workouts. Whatever you are doing whether it is a walk around the block or lifting weights keep a journal noting the date and what you have done. Many gym goers note the weights they have used to see their progress (or decline).

Once you leave me I cannot do anything for you if you eat a pizza or stop for donuts or make a habit of a whopper and fries.
