You don't need a lot of time....

Recently the United States Department of Health Services released its recommendations for physical activity. It says that adults gain significant  health benefits from just 2 1/2 hours a week of moderate moderate aerobic exercise!

When it comes to children we see that they really need more exercise - an hour or more every day.

It's common knowledge that just about any kind of exercise is good for us. We can reduce the risks of heart disease, stroke, some cancers, depression and more including keepint our bones healthy.
