The Air Climber comes with a resistance band, DVDs and an eating plan. It only has a 60 day warranty but you can buy an extended warranty.
What is the Air Climber?
The Air Climber is portable. It's small and light and is said to be able to hold up to 300 pounds. I'm not so sure about that. This is a piece of plastic so I wouldn't push my luck with that weight!
It works with air power technology which means that the steps (called bellows) get pumped each time they are stepped on. One is stepped on and then the other. I found it a bit noisy because of the sound of the air. There was a small computer that showed my time, steps taken and calories used.
Using this takes practice. Once I did get Air Climber feet I felt my heart start to pound and found after using it a few times that I could feel it working my lower body. In addition I liked the Body Cord that I put under the Air Climber. I could then hold the handles of the Cord and work my biceps, triceps, back, shoulders, chest and back. I held in my abs while using it and felt it targeting that area as well. It really is a mini, mini gym
The workouts are designed to meet your goals and where you are so you might start with the 20 minute Easy Air Express for beginners or the Airtight Abs for 20 minutes.
It claims to be low impact but I did feel my ankles and knees hurting after just 15 minutes. I think this is a good choice for young people who have great balance, live in a small space, don't have a lot of money to spend and are not't elite athletes.
