The Princess and the Pumpkin Pea display was created by the Inn at Ellis River.Every fall, businesses throughout Jackson, NH put their creativity to work creating "Pumpkin People" for the annual display sponsored by the Jackson Area  Chamber of Commerce.  Throughout October, leaf peepers have been treated to more than just beautiful foliage.  Dozens of pumpkin people displays entertain foliage revelers from one end of Jackson to the other.  In Jackson, "Pumpkin Head" means more than Halloween or an ale made by Shipyard Brewers.

Many of Jackson's B&Bs jumped on the pumpkin bandwagon this year with displays including everything from Elvis to the Jackson Five, and even a few fairy tales in between. It's not too late to schedule your Halloween B&B getaway.  Visit one of Jackson's many B&Bs and take your own tour of the pumpkin people.  Many of the displays will continue to welcome guests through Halloween.
