A MyBook photo album makes a great gift. (Thomas PR)

Photo books are a low-tech way to showcase high-tech images.

In a world where photos are increasingly exchanged via e-mail or mobile device, think about this for a Father's Day gift - give Dad an actual photo album.

That's one of the ways consumers can use the MyBook Collection, part of the Unibind product line from Peleman Industries Inc.

The MyBook Collection was announced last month in New York City at the National Stationery Show. It's touted as a low-cost, easy way to quickly make portable 4x6 photo books for family and friends."

The kit retails for $5.99 and comes with a book cover, two end sheets, an assembly guide and a mailing envelope. It's available at myunibind.com and select Target stores. You can get more information at MyBookCompany.com.
