Autodesk developed the AutoCAD
design software. (Autodesk)

Green technology is all the rage, and this Green Tech article from CNET News caught our eye.

That's because it talks about Autodesk, a company that's developed applications for contractors and architects. The article notes that Autodesk is "best known for its AutoCAD three-dimensional design software."

And now the company is showcasing products that help make existing buildings more environmentally friendly.

Several Examiners write about green initiatives and green building - check out the Houston Sustainable Business Examiner, one of the newest writers for Examiner.com.
