Do you watch movies and download lots of music on your PC?
Get ready to pay more to do it.

Are you ready to pay more for your Internet access?

This SmartMoney.com article says Internet providers are preparing to change the way they charge for their service, and consumers should get ready to ante up more cash each month to keep their connections humming.

Some providers already penalize, and threaten to pull the plug, on users who are taking up too much bandwidth. So those who watch movies, TV shows or participate in online gaming on a regular basis should pay close attention to the new rules that will be implemented over the coming months.

So when you're next bill arrives, you might want to read the fine print.
