James Chen
San Jose Magic the Gathering Examiner | Bio
Find out more about James:

There is a good reason why De Anza College's La Voz Weekly News made James Chen their first-ever technology editor: he's not only geeky enough to fit the image, but he writes pretty darn good as well. Couple that with various levels of competitive experience in Magic: The Gathering, since the dark days of Ravager Affinity's dominance in Standard, and the result is an outpouring of halfway intelligent rantings and ravings of the various nuances of the game, from drafting to milling to the multifarious facets of the combo-control-aggro trifecta. He might not have a DCI ranking, due to losing an average of one card per tournament, but he sure as hell knows his Magic. Questions, comments and disagreements can be sent to mtg.sanjose@gmail.com.
