With the coming of mega giant, Whole Foods, many have forgotten about Northeast Ohio's first and still excellent organic food and holistic super store, Mustard Seed Market. With two locations, Solon and Montrose, their Cafe is well known among
those looking for good fresh meals at a reasonable price.

Currently they are serving a Lenten fish fry all day long. In Solon, starting at 11:00 you can order lunch portions for $8.99 until 4:00 when dinner begins and the entree is $12.99. If you have never been here this is definitely a spot to put on your list. It is a full service cafe with real dishes and flatware. If so inclined you can order a glass of beer or wine with your meal.

With a full menu the Mustard Seed Market Cafe is worth a try even if you don't observe Lent!
