Dancing With The Stars is notorious for celebrity weight loss and toned, sleek bodies. Every year we get a peak into what helped them achieve their dream bodies and usually it's advice that only works in the land of Hollywood, but here are a few secrets that are proven secrets to success.
Find out how Melissa Rycroft from the Bachelor and Julianne Hough stay slim.
Shawn Johnson: The winner of the newest season says that even though she wore a leotard at the Olympics, the 4 foot 10 silver medalist was scared of showing off her stomach but now she no longer feels self conscious but amazing. Just last night she stole the competition and now for some reason people are searching for her bikini pictures but I'm not quite sure why. Moving on.

Chelsie Hightower: DWTS newbie is 19 years old, 5'2" and weighs 115 lbs. With a size 27 waist, this girl seems like a normal sized woman. In the off season, she hits the gym 6 times a week, for 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of strength training with light weights and high reps. A typical meal? Egg whites and yogurt for breakfast, a chicken sandwich for lunch, prunes for a snack and salad and fruit for dinner.
Denise Richards: Charlie's ex dropped her post pregnancy pounds finally to fit back into a size 24 jeans from a 26 while "still eating pizza and ice cream." While she was only on the show for 2 weeks, I am not sure I buy this revelation. She's also 5'7" and 38 years old - I smell a fibber!
Lil' Kim: Her secret is expensive meal delivery system Freshology, which includes 3 meals a days and two snacks totaling 1200-1400 calories.
Kym Johnson: One of the DWTS pro's says that she does a lot of core work that includes working with a trainer 3 days a week in the off season. She also stays away from carbs after 5 PM.

Lacy Schwimmer - Criticized for her shapelier figure, the pro lost 10 lbs this season already by sticking to an eat clean diet with grilled chicken, steamed veggies and fruits. She also suggests eating within an hour of getting home from the gym. Not sure what to eat? Cheryl Burke - Also criticized by the tabloids for her off season weight gain, she blamed going off birth control oddly enough for the extra lbs. I thought it was the opposite? Already she's lost 10 lbs from the 8 hour, 5 day a week exercise schedule. Her daily menu includes egg whites, whole grains and veggies.
**Steal this trick! Cheryl cuts out salt from her diet 2 days before taping to looking leaner. I tried this tip before a Healthworks bootcamp challenge weigh in. I lost 2-3 pounds of water weight alone! Not exactly fat loss, cutting sodium from your diet will help slim pounds in the short run. Burke also says that she's never weighed herself. People, judge weight gain by how your clothes fit not by the number you read on the scale!
