Do you need to detox?  If you didn't start dieting on January 1st, chances are you've started dieting today!  Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life.

If you are going to succeed you must commit to a program that is sustainable for the rest of your life.  Freaked out yet?

If you can learn to live a healthy lifestyle the rest should all just fall into place.

Eating well and exercising will come naturally but it can be difficult to get to this point of euphoria.  Detoxing can help.  I'm not talking about the master cleanse diet, or even the eat clean diet, but rather simple detoxifying yoga moves.

A few simple yoga moves can really open up your body and prepare itself for a body overhaul.  Get rid of the toxins and unhealthy chemicals you've been feeding yourself all these years and start fresh.  This video demonstrates a simple move that will help jump start your new years resolution to get back into shape and start living life to the fullest.

Watch the video here!

But just who needs to detox?  Do you need to detox with diet or do you need to detox with yoga and other forms of exercise?  Watch the video and find out.
