When planning out your week's grocery list, sometimes the standard supermarket just doesn't inspire the health nut inside. This week change up your old routine by wondering through the isles of Central Market.

Central Market prides itself on fresh produce, local beef and community involvement.  They offer a vast array of fruits, vegetable, nuts and very unique ingredients.  Most stores also offer a cafe and numerous healthy take home meals.

So is it just another Whole Foods? Not at all. You don't need to make six figures to shop there every week. And the variety seems endless.

In addition to the selection of products, Central Market also offers cooking classes. Cheryl Forberg, nutritionist for NBC's "Biggest Loser", is going to be a part of the cooking school next week. Contact the Dallas store for details at 214-361-5754.

There are multiple locations in the DFW area including Dallas, Plano, Southlake and Fort Worth.  So make your list for your healthy meals this week and shop at Central Market. You never know what fresh food will inspire you!
