LED Faucet Light from ThinkGeek

When Tech Geeks outfit their homes, the bathroom is often overlooked, left to fade into low-tech abjection.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

Enter the LED Faucet Light from ThinkGeek, a gadget that casts a futuristic glow on what was once just ordinary tap water.

According to ThinkGeek, to use the gadget, the user “attaches [it] to the end of [one’s] faucet, and when the water flows through the magic chamber, it simply turns on the LED array and illuminates the stream with soothingly powerful hues.”

How can one resist “soothingly powerful hues?” Especially when one has the choice between blue LED ($14.99) OR a blue LED that turns to red when the water reaches 89 degrees ($19.99)?

Here are the specs:
  • Chamber with LEDs
  • Batteries pre-installed plus a set of spare batteries (uses G13-A style watch batteries)
  • Instruction Sheet
  • Two universal adapters included (Fits most standard faucets in USA. Not recommended for faucets outside of the USA.)
  • Dimensions: 2.25" tall, 1.25" diameter.
Isn’t it about time to shed some (technological) light on your bathroom?
