Neverland memorial plans quashed
Neverland burial plans are quashed with today’s announcement saying Michael Jackson’s memorial may be moved.
Where fans show their disappointment for the public viewing that was scheduled earlier in the week, as the investigation deepens into the singer’s death and the Los Angeles Police Department began to remove what could be evidence from the rented home of Jackson.
As where Jackson had willed that his mother Katherine Jackson, the only other beneficiary of his $500 million dollar estate other than his three children- children that ex wife Debbie Rowe is now claiming her two children were fathered by someone other than Jackson; to be raised by Katherine, new details in the will suggest that longtime Jackson friend and mentor Diana Ross was suggested as a back up custodian.
Neither Debbie Rowe nor her attorney has mentioned if she plans to seek custody of the two older children.
Attorneys for Jackson’s estate plan to work with the family and figure out the liquidation of assets involved with the bankruptcy on the Neverland property, although the will states the assets divided for the children can not be touched by collection agencies.
The Jackson family is expected to announce the revised plans for Jackson’s funeral and public memorial which is expected to still be in the works at another location in the next few days.
