15 slices Sourdough Bread
1 package Aidell's Chicken Apple Sausage
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup chopped celery
1.5 cup Yellow Onions, diced

1/3 tbl Thyme
3 tsp Rosemary
1 tbl Sage
2 cups Chicken Broth
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-Cut the bread into bite-sized cubes
-Lightly toast the bread in the oven, then remove from oven

-Melt butter in sauce pan or deep skillet
-Add the celery and onions and cook on medium heat until they are softer and translucent

MAKING SMALL TALK
Tell them that your secret was using sourdough bread, since it's a dry bread -- rather than using stale bread or corn bread like most people do, or cheating by using the store-bought stuffing. It also adds to a unique, yet comfortable flavor.
