Tonight's Biggest Loser is circus inspired with the contestants jumping through hoops for immunity and Trapeze play, for an unconventional, yet fun, exercise method. Two of the Biggest Loser contestants will be going home tonight, one immediately at the weigh in. Also this week is double elimination week, who stays and who goes home will lie on where they fall below the yellow line. Rudy won immunity, Allen won a point advantage and The Orange Team, (Daniel and Shay) and the Pink Team (Amanda and Rebecca), teamed together to continue to workout, two hours at night, until the weigh in.
Shay (Shauntina Sorrells) pulled an amazing number of losing 17 pounds at the weigh in, making her the first woman in Biggest Loser history, to lose 100 pounds before the tenth week. (The record was previously set by Kristin Steede in the 12th week.)
Having said that, Shay and Amanda, still ended up below the yellow line. So who joins Daniel in
going home and will no longer remain a contestant at the Ranch, none other than Shay.
For those of the viewing audience who are upset, do not be. Shay has made many of strides, and
managed to lose 100 pounds in 9 weeks. She still has a ways to go, but as far as the Chicago
Obesity Examiner is concerned, she will lose miles more at home, and possibly win the 100k, at home
2nd prize, and the prize of a healthier and fit life. Her next goal is to be the Biggest Loser in
history to lose more than 212 pounds.
As of a total weight loss thus far, Daniel has loss 215 pounds, and with the finale only three weeks
away, there is a high chance that he will lose much more before then. (In order to see Shay’s
