Our stomaches' unfortunately are the strongest supporter for gaining fat cells. These fat cells are not just cells with legs waiting to jump off the ledge the moment you start working out, they actually produce growth hormones which can affect your health. So remember you cannot get rid of fat cells you can only shrink them and eating healthy is very important for this to happen.

Try doing 5 sets of 20 of one of the five listed above per week. In other words, Monday leg raises, Tuesday reverse crunches, you get my drift.
