Veterans Day is a day to honor all those who have served, past, present and future. Why not consider donating money to help out one of the countless organizations that support our troops and/or their families 365 days a year?

Here's a short list of worthy non-profits that support our men and women in uniform in a broad range of ways. Whether that's providing servicemembers with entertainment at home and abroad, providing free airfare for families to visit our Wounded Warriors, sending care packages or whatever the need, these organizations are dedicated to helping those defending our freedom. Let's help them show our nation's hereos that we're thankful for their service!

Got Your Back Network: Connects with military families who have lost a spouse or parent while serving our country. Our goal is to give comfort, answer a special need, offer guidance and bring a brighter day.

Lukes Wings: Provides travel planning services and airplane tickets for the families of Wounded Warriors currently hospitalized at medical and rehabilitation centers all over the country.

Operation Homefront: Provides emergency assistance and morale to our troops, to the families they leave behind and to Wounded Warriors when they return home.

USO: Whether it is bringing in a celebrity to brighten the day of a patient in the hospital or a moon bounce at Deployed Family Fun Day, our goal is to boost the morale of the military community.
