For a limited time, your local coffee house is offering a special promotion on 3 varieties of freshly roasted nuts: dry roasted nut trio, nut fruit medley,and coffee coated almonds.

Try the Frittatas for $3.25: traditional bacon, Gouda and Parmesan or ham and cheese.  Piadinis are another option: mushroom or sausage with egg and cheddar cheese on flatbread also for $3.25.

On the lighter side for breakfast, try the sausage with egg and cheddar cheese on an English muffin for $2.95 or turkey with cholesterol-free egg and white cheddar.  The spinach wrap is another way to go complete with feta cheese, roasted tomato and egg.
