Jennifer Lopez may sing the song love don't cost a thing, but apparently it does. The singer has filed a $10 million lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa, whom she claims is violating a confidentiality agreement in place since 2004 by shopping around a sexy honeymoon video the two made in 1997.
The video, called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, reputedly includes Lopez, now 40, wearing skimpy clothing and supposedly being spanked by Noa. It reportedly also contains a fight between her and her mother. Lopez wants all the video footage handed over so her lawyers can see whether Noa violated their agreement. This is not the first time her ex has attempted to exploit information from their 11 month marriage, in 2007, she won a lawsuit that forbade him from publishing a tell-all book that allegedly claimed Lopez frequently cheated on Noa, including with her current husband, Marc Anthony.
A Los Angeles judge has ordered Noa not to release the video while the case is being decided. The jurist is set to rule Tuesday on whether to continue his order barring distribution. "I'm going to fight this," Noa, 35, told the New York Post.
