Have you ever thought about writing the story waiting patiently in your heart to be told, those series of events your mind had been replaying countless of times in your dreams?  Then, everytime you hear someone has published a story, you wish he or she had been you? Listen to the podcast and find out how you too can publish your book. Publisher of SERA Publishing and author of A Guide to Becoming the 60 Second Lover, Sue Richter, speaks about the process of creating a book from thought to getting it to the hands of readers. Altough she had been publishing books for 12 years, Sue finally took her own advice and published her first book, gaining empathy for the journey each author experiences.

Emerging Author: A Guide to Becoming the 60-Second Lover

Holistic Life Designs Talk Radio

A Guide to Becoming the 60 Second Lover by Sue Richter is an easy to read, short and action oriented advice book for both genders.  It is broken down into 10 categories, with 3 tips each broken down by gender.  It is candidly written covering topics in communication to romance to sexuality.  What is interesting about the book is its simplicity and effectiveness, removing the myth that a book worth reading must be multi-paged, with heavy content and minimal illustrations, So, for any aspiring writer perhaps of romantic comedy, simplicity makes it easier to follow the sequential thought process that makes any event hilarious. Writers of self-help books could also benefit from creating simpler instructional guidance that is easily followed by people who are already emotionally spent.  For those who are still wondering how to begin writing their book, it is suggested to just write, write some more, and write often without evaluation.  It is easier to edit what is already written than what is still in the dream state.

Writing can be very romantic as the author grasps for the perfect word to illustrate a story, swimming in a sea of thoughts filled with imagination.  If you ever aspire to be a writer, follow your dream and begin working your craft.  If writing is truly your passion, then your soul comes alive upon the moment the ink strikes upon the white space, physically or virtually.  Write your love letters, poems, essays, short stories, self-help books, memoirs, journals, novels, etc. today, everyday.  Write whatever appeals to you and you will find how the words flow through you easily.  Know your passions. Honor your desires. Have courage and follow your bliss. Write what you love and you will love what you write.
