Have you seen me, I’m all over the place. I have dedicated lanes to “ride in” and even though in the California Vehicle Code I have to follow the same “Rules of the Road” as motorists or motorcycle riders, I really don’t have to stop at stop signs, I can ride by your car and “slap” your fender and scare you and literally do what I want because the Police in San Francisco won’t do anything about it.
Give up? Sure you do, I’m a bicyclist and I can ride in a way that might be dangerous but for some reason or another I won’t be ticketed, I will just be a statistic  and according to the “Office of Collision Rankings, and  "The Office of Traffic Safety” in Sacramento Ca, my behavior can be read about through the
