Looking to restart your New Years being blessed in an exotic Thai Ceremony, while enjoying a delicious platter of steaming Yum Trout? No longer do you have to trek half around the world to experience Thai New Years! As your San Diego Gay Travel Examiner, I am proud to present to you, Saffron’s Thai New Year Celebrations.
Saffron’s Thai New Year-
A personal favorite of mine, Saffron is hosting a traditional Thai New Years celebration that started on April 13 and will continue until April 17th. Diners will be treated to a sprinkling of perfumed blessed water meant to cleanse one of the old year and welcome in the new.

On April 17th, Saffron will be offering the Thai New Years Blessing to customers that dine-in. Part of the Blessing is a tying of cotton threads around one’s wrist, which have been blessed to bring positive vibration into one’s life in the New Year. The offered blessing will start at 6pm lasting until 7:30pm.
