In what is either a desperate attempt at fame or a plea for his daughter's well being, Michael Lohan has released (as threatened) the phone calls of he and Lindsay - listen to them, if you can stomach it, here. Lindsay alternates between speaking, sobbing and wailing, and tells her father, "Mommy says that I’m worse than you were. And she’s defending…She doesn’t back me…she doesn’t stand by me...No one cares about me. They don’t, by the way. It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it.”

Listen to the call for yourself. What do you think? Was Michael wrong to release the calls? Does Lindsay need to get into rehab? Michael insists she's addicted to prescription pills, as is Dina, which is why Dina won't allow her to go to rehab. Lindsay clearly sounds like she needs help during the phone call, but will she ever get what she really needs?
