Taylor Momsen's "fierce eyes"
Taylor Momsen, aka Little J/Jenny Humphrey from TV's Gossip Girl, tried to eat incognito at Rosa Mexicano, and failed miserably. Girlfriend doesn't seem to realize she's way famous now, and the likelihood of her eating anywhere (let alone the Rosa Mexicano just north of Union Square) highly populated sans eager fans is about as small as Blair Waldorf's patience.
Taylor was seen sporting her semi-new rocker haircut (choppy layers courtesy of Jenny Humphrey's short lived love affair with all things punk), skinny jeans and booties, otherwise known as the THU (typical hipster uniform). According to the spotter, Little J was trying to eat her guac without much attention, but as we said, she should know better. She's many people's favorite character on The Greatest Show Ever, and little girls all over the nation want nothing more than to grow up and be Jenny Humphrey, Brooklyn Girl gone Upper East Side threat.
I appreciate that Taylor is, at her young age, taking her fame in stride and attempting to do normal things like eat mexican food on a Friday night. I'd also like to remind her that in times of utter annoyance at her legions of young fans (ok, and me), all she has to do is order in. Rosa Mexicano even offers pre-made meals that you can purchase from Fresh Direct and stick in the microwave! Voila, food without fans. Isn't life lovely?
