The Atlanta Falcons have announced their Week 8 starters and inactives.

Running backs Jerious Norwood and Jason Snelling are out for Sunday's game against the Redskins.

Starting defensive tackle Thomas Johnson is also out. Trey Lewis will be starting in his place.

Other inactives for the Falcons include John Parker Wilson (third quarterback), safety Charlie Peprah, linebacker Spencer Adkins, offensive tackle Garret Reynolds, and offensive guard Quinn Ojinnaka.

For the Redskins, safety Chris Horton will start in place of Reed Doughty.

Other inactives for Washington are punter Hunter Smith, cornerbacks Kevin Barnes and Byron Westbrook, fullback Eddie Williams, tight end Chris Cooley, offensive guard Chad Rinehart, defensive tackle Anthony Montgomery, and defensive end Renaldo Wynn.
