This salad is very close to salsa. The difference is, pica de gallo is fresh and not pureed.

It is very easy to make yourself. This dip is great in seven layer dip. Enjoy!

A fresh Mexican salad, Pica de gallo
Ingredients
1 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 of a red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
The juice of half a lime
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Recipe
In a medium sized bowl combine all of the ingredients. Makes two cups. Serves two. This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to serve more people. Enjoy!
