Loading your official "bucket list" (list of things you want to do before you kick the bucket) with fitness oriented goals is the perfect motivation to plan the majority of your vacations and professional endeavors around the fun physical things in life. Of course, there are a few classic books worthy of making your lists as well, but  a fit bucket list is bound to bring you adventure, laughs, exhilaration and an even healthier body.

Here are ten suggestions which may entice and inspire you. Use the comment section here to share your plans with all of us too. We can use your adrenaline-filled ideas.

  1. Swim with dolphins (or sharks).
  2. Surf in Hawaii.
  3. Compete in a boxing match.
  4. Climb a big mountain.
  5. Bike through Ireland.
  6. Ski advanced slope.
  7. Run a marathon (or walk it).
  8. Parasail.
  9. Camp in the Grand Canyon.
  10. Learn to ballroom dance..

Don't forget to write your list down in a place you will see it on a regular basis. A dry-erase board in your office keeping you focused on these goals may serve as a source of magical motivation, and you'll be surprised by the things you cross off it!
