If you are looking for a great sappy/feel good movie, then you should watch Return to Me. Directed by Bonnie Hunt, it is a romance with a happy ending, but how they get to that ending is long with many twists

The main stars in Return to Me are David Duchovny (Bob Rueland) and Minnie Driver Grace Briggs), it has an all star cast including Bonnie Hunt, Joely Richardson, David Alan Grier, and Carroll O’Conner just to name a few. I really enjoy this movie, especially Carroll O’Conner -- who steals his scenes.

Bob is an architect working on a gorilla house for the zoo, and is married to Joely Richardson (Elizabeth). She is a trainer at the zoo. On the way home from a fundraiser for the gorilla house, they have wreck and Elizabeth dies. Meanwhile Grace is in need of a heart transplant. Most people can easily figure out where the transplant came from -- and hence the plot complications, especially as Driver and Duchovny fall in love, but she doesn’t fess up about the heart right away. When she does, it hurts both of them and Grace runs away to Italy.

This movie is family friendly, although girls might like it more than boys. As I stated before, Return to Me has a happy ending. It really is quite a cute movie -- even my husband likes it. Definitely worth the view.
