The high rise market hasn't fared too well since the real estate bubble burst in Las Vegas. When the high rise market first came to the valley, projects were virtually sold out before construction even commenced in some cases. Now the list of projects being taken over by the bank is the only thing showing growth. The Cosmopolitan, Newport Lofts, One Las Vegas and Streamline Tower are all bank owned.

That hasn’t stopped Panorama Towers from opening their third residential tower, beating the goliath CityCenter to the market which is scheduled to open at the end of this year. Panorama Towers was developed by Sasson and Hallier originally and was conceived as a two tower project initially. Following the success in sales for towers one and two, the project was expanded to four towers in all. Mr. Sasson split off from the project a few years ago and tried to develop his own loft project, Spa Lofts and had a stake in the Harmon residences in CityCenter. Spa Lofts was canceled at the end of 2007 and due to a construction error, the condos in the Harmon building have been scrapped.

Panorama Towers is located on Dean Martin Road (formerly known as Industrial), across the I15 freeway behind CityCenter. Residents have easy access to the strip via the Harmon overpass. The community provides a host of upscale amenities including a state of the art gym, indoor racquet ball court, concierge, resort style pool, Jacuzzi, valet parking, conference rooms, business center, guard gated entrance and 24 hour security with video monitoring of the parking areas.

The community now has models available for tour by appointment only  in Panorama North (newest tower) on the 36th floor offering gorgeous views of the strip. Floor plans range from 790 square feet for a studio to over 3,000. Tentative pricing from the project sales staff has condos starting at $353,900 going up to $864,900. Depending on the floor plan, you’ll have views of either the strip or the mountains and only the end units A,  B, J, K and L have balconies.
