Here's something you can do to help protect each other from breast cancer:
Like Robin, 1 in 4 women living in Illinois do not have health insurance. Without breast health education and screening programs, many more will be diagnosed late.
Now, more than ever, Komen Chicago is needed to help fill the gaps to ensure access to care within our 5 county service area.
Seventy-five percent (75%) of net revenue remains in our community to close these gaps, and the remaining twenty-five percent (25%) is invested to find a cure.
The success of Susan G. Komen for the Cure is only made possible through the considerate support received from corporations, organizations,and individuals like you. You know how critical our funding is to help local women and men, and that’s why we hope you will join others in making a year-end donation. For every $100 raised, a mammogram can be funded for a local woman in need. Please help make sure that no woman has to wait for a diagnosis because she can’t afford the proper screening.
