Todd Boman, a dedicated student at Moksha for many years, will be taking over the Mysore program at Moksha starting on Dec 1.
Todd has been a ardent student of Yoga since 2001 Shortly after he was introduced ashtanga yoga. At first he was drawn by the challenging and physical aspects of asana practice. Slowly over a period of time he began to understand and appreciate the calming and meditative state of ashtanga yoga. He not only saw his body become strong and flexible but his thoughts were clearer.
Inspired by the practice, Todd has made several trips to India spanning over two years. A year and a half were spent studying at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore.
