The San Diego Bay Wine and Food Festival is the premeire culinary event each year in Southern California. This year they expect to see upwards of 8000 guests with 170 wineries and over 70 San Diego fine dining restaurants to intice your taste buds!
This event officially kicks off this Sunday, November 15th with the Tommy Bahama VIP rum party followed by cooking classes, wine tastings and other receptions and luncheons continuing until Sunday, November 22nd. Wine tastings and cooking classes are on the 19th and 20th. They are mostly two hours long and come at very affordable prices between $40-$75 dollars per event. Of course, the main event is the all day long Grand Tasting on Saturday November 21st at the Embarcadero Marina Park-North. At this event there will be over 700 domestic as well as international wines to taste that will pair well with 70 of San Diego's best fine dining establishments. If that isn't enough to fill up four hours there will also be 30 gourmet food companies and live entertainment.
