Tomorrow night's episode features the annual "Restaurant Wars," where the chefs divide into two teams and open their own restaurants over the course of six hours. With the exception of the finales, these are usually the best episodes of the year:
But first, in the quickfire competition, the chefs will prepare a tasting for east coast restaurant industry big-shot Stephen Starr. If there is a better clip that explains the difference between a hardcore competitor like Jamie and an easily flappable one like Leah, I haven't seen it:
