Interview with Chad Rogers: Q&A with Chad about the latest episode of Million Dollar Listing

I had the great pleasure to interview the star of Million Dollar Listing, Chad Rogers, about this week's episode. In this week's Million Dollar Listing, we see Chad get a "drastic" new haircut, list a condo with the prestigious W Hollywood Residences, and celebrate his birthday with some happy news and yet another Chad cake. The W Residences do not typically list properties with outside Realtors, yet Chad was able to negotiate a listing. So how did he do it? Did his companion Starla the Chihuahua have anything to do with sweetening the deal? So I asked:
Do you think Starla was the one who closed the deal for you at the W Hotel?
Chad: I love bringing Starla with me to certain listing presentations because everyone loves her. But I truly got the listing because I came prepared and was able to convince Maranda that I would be an asset to the W Hollywood Residences. She liked my style plain and simple...
**Chad was able to list the property despite the fact that his co-star Madison has a friendship with Maranda! Draw your own conclusions.
Chad, you're 32-years-old, but it's common opinion that you look like you're 19! I was especially convinced of how young you look when watching the haircut scene and we see how smooth your forehead looks with your hair pushed back. How do you do it, Chad? What are your secrets
for looking so good?
Chad: I am very much into taking care of myself especially through the foods that I eat and the products I use for my skin. When I was in high school, I had an acne problem and kids used to tease me about it. I
got really involved with learning how to take care of my skin. Doing a 50-day master cleanse made me look and feel younger than I ever have.
Lastly, I'm obsessed with green tea matcha drinks. They have anti-aging antioxidants in them which are known to be good for the skin and keeps me young!
In the teaser to next week's episode, we see that you are upset with Josh. Does it involve a certain little lady who you claim is the "best thing that happened to your career"?
Chad: You are just going to have to watch to find out. But the truth comes out next week! Enjoy!
