Greeting cards available at American Humane

American Humane

It's that time of year to order your Holiday greeting cards and 2010 calendars. As a dog lover, you might prefer to spend your dollars where dogs are loved and sheltered. 

Here is a list of local (some not so local) nonprofit organizations that sell these items at very reasonable prices. Proceeds help pay animal upkeep expenses. Add tax and shipping to the prices listed.

2010 CALENDARS

• Airedale Terrier Rescue and Adoption - 16 month calendar for $14.
• Colorado Greyhound Adoption - 3 to choose from at $12 or $14 each.
• Colorado Pug Rescue - $12 calendar features winning contest photos, they sell other items.
• Colorado Saint Bernard Rescue - $10 for the '09 calendar, the 2010 might be available soon.
• Dumb Friends League - Centenniel pet calendar for $15, lots of items for sale.
• Golden Retriever Freedom Rescue - calendar for $12, and other items available.
• Golden Retriever Rescue of the Rockies - Help the Golden Angel Fund, calendars for $12.
• Mile High Weimaraner Rescue - 100lb cover weight and full bleed color pics for $22.
• Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue - with impressive pics by Rouxby Photography for $15.
• Safe Harbor Lab Rescue - $12 calendar by mail is also available at a few merchants.
