Tip of the Day: Reusable Shopping Bags as Gift Bags

How often do we spend as much for the gift bag or wrapping paper as we do for the actual gift? I know I have done it too many times to count. Why not give something they can use and re-use time and again? Reusable shopping bags are perfect for giving gifts in. You can purchase them almost anywhere, such as grocery stories, toy stores and even department stores, which makes it easy when you are doing the gift shopping. To me, it is much more gratifying to see the bag being put to good use than to see a gift bag or wrapping paper being shoved in a garbage bag as soon as the gift is opened. Most reusable bags cost between $.99 and $1.49 and come in many different varieties. "Toys 'R Us" has some exceptionally cute ones that are perfect for birthday and Christmas parents.
