So many things happen throughout the years bringing us the Walt Disney World we know and love today. The most memorable thing to happen this week in history is on Nov. 15, 1965 when Walt and Roy O. Disney announced the Disney Florida Project. If it were not for that Walt Disney World would not be what it is today. If at all.

Let us see what else has happened this week in Disney World History:

Nov. 9
· Fountainview Espresso opens at Epcot in 1993.
· Worldport, a Disney-themed merchandise location opened at Pointe Orlando (Orlando, Fla.) in 1997.

Nov. 10
