Many attractions close for refurbishments at Walt Disney World

When planning your trip to Walt Disney World you will want to make sure that you look into which attractions will be closed during your stay. Trust me, this is the number one way to avoid disappointment when you get there. If you, your kids or anyone you are traveling with know a particular attraction will be closed then you will not plan, dream, hope and look forward to that attraction.

Below is a list of attractions that are currently closed or scheduled to close soon.
· April 19 - Nov. 11, 2009 - Space Mountain (Magic Kingdom Park)
· Oct. 28 - ? - Liberty Belle River Boat (Magic Kingdom) Reopen date not confirmed.
· Oct. 30, 2009 - Jan. 9, 2010 - Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
· Nov. 3 - Nov. 5 - Mad Tea Party (Magic Kingdom Park)
· Dec. 6 - 19, 2009 - Magic Carpets of Aladdin (Magic Kingdom Park)
· Jan. 3 - Feb. 27, 2010 - Splash Mountain (Magic Kingdom Park)
· Jan. 3 - Feb. 13 - Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom Park)
· Jan. 4 - 29, 2010 - Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Pool (Uzima Springs)
· Jan. 10 - March 20, 2010 - Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park
