Susan took her suspicions of Katherine to the police on "Desperate Housewives" on Careful the Things You Say, Nov. 8, 2009. No one believed, but one detective was interested in taking her claims on, although it was for personal and vengeful reasons. It turned out Denise, the detective, went to high school with Susan. Susan couldn't remember her, but Denise had no problem remembering the girl who created the awful nickname "Moose" for her and stole her boyfriend.

When Susan realized who Denise was, she panicked. She panicked even more when she saw Denise hugging Katherine outside Katherine's home after she was supposed to be interrogating her. Katherine tried to get Denise kicked off her case, but Denise overheard her pleaing with the other detectives and decided it was the perfect opportunity to throw Susan in jail for a few hours for shooting Katherine. Thankfully, she did this after telling Susan that Katherine could not have strangled Julie because phone records show she was talking to her daughter the entire night.

So, the question still remains: who attacked Julie?!

Lynette steps in

Lynette overheard Julie and Nick fighting in Julie's home. Julie was near tears, so she found it odd that Julie would say everything was fine. After Nick left, Julie told her Nick was the married man. After some convincing Lynette promised to handle Nick and not to tell Susan.

When Lynette confronted Nick he blamed the whole thing on Julie, saying she had led him on and wouldn't leave him alone. When she wouldn't listen, he threatened her if she told anyone about their relationship. Lynette then went home and told Tom she thought she knew who strangled Julie.

Lynette and Tom brought Lynette's supsicions to Julie, who completely denounced the idea that Nick could've attacked her.

Lynette and Tom later took their supsicions of Nick to the police, and they were a little more open to the idea that he was involved than that Katherine was. Angie received the phone call from the police, which gave her the chance to confront him on the affair she knew he was having with Julie. She said since neither of them can leave, he would get this one free pass.

Bree the thief

Bree and Orson accepted an invitation over to Angie and Nick's home for dinner. Bree wasn't thrilled, but Orson forced her in to it. While there, Nick suggested Angie take Katherine's place in the catering business. Bree promptly said no, and Nick pushed her about her answer, which caused a nasty spat between Nick and Angie. Apparently, the whole reason the couple invited Bree and Orson over for dinner was to land Angie a job.

It wasn't long before Bree needed Angie to take the job, though. She almost lost a client because her food was too fancy, but when she offered him some family Italian dishes, he was happy to hire her for his 500-person anniversery party. She went to Angie to play nice, explaining that she had a friend coming in to town and wanted her friend to eat Angie's food. She did not, however, want Angie to cook it, which is why she didn't mention it was her friend and 499 of his friends.

Unfortunately for Bree, Angie found out what she was doing, freaked out and took her recipes back. Bree, after drowning herself in horrible Italian food, forced herself to go apologize to Angie and beg her to come over and cook. The apology was pretty fake, so Angie asked Bree to tell her why she doesn't like her. Bree said her outspoken personality makes her uncomfortable. The two then bonded a little over the fact that they have secrets before Angie went back in to the kitchen with Bree. Together they might just make a fantastic team!
