Other Examiners:

MIchael's Star Scale

  • 0 Stars - Disgusting, rage-inducingly evil. Deserves the same fate as the busted printer in Office Space (click) (NSFW, language)
  • 1/2* - There may be one tiny thing in this piece of drek to be appreciated, but you'd have to be really bored to go looking for it.
  • * - Awful. Could possibly get some enjoyment out of it by getting drunk and making fun of the movie with friends.
  • *1/2 - Barely vital. Shows promise but ultimately not worth your time.
  • ** - Mediocre. A non-starter.
  • **1/2 - Some good to be found here, but bogged down in a lot of bad.
  • *** - A cautious recommendation. Plenty wrong with it, but buoyed by enough good to make it work for me.
  • ***1/2 - A solid, if flawed movie. Very much worth your time.
  • **** - Highly recommended. Does what it sets out to do with expert precision.
  • ****1/2 - A must see. Expertly conceived and executed with few hitches.
  • ***** - Perfect or damn near. I would be floored to meet someone who did not like this movie.
