Yesterday I posted an article that talked about how to set the stage and your mood for performing a strip tease with your partner. Today I will go over five fun, easy moves every strip tease should include. Tomorrow I will post five more fun moves. First thing is first, if you haven't read 'strip tease 101: setting the stage' do that now.
Next, read and practice these five moves. Use the props and watch yourself in a full length mirror. Practice the dance to the song you plan on using. Once you like how you look in these first five moves check out the next five moves.
Move # 1: Start with the top and slowly work your way down.
Remove this item very slowly. With the music playing and your back to your man slowly unbutton your jacket or button down shirt. Use your hips and roll them in a figure eight to the beat of the music. Once the jacket is unbuttoned do the classic sexy shoulder shrug with your back to him and your head turned towards him. Allow the jacket/shirt to slowly slip down your arms but don't let the garment fall just yet. Pull it back up and turn to face him. Now he should have a full view of your lingerie but keep your bra and breast covered. Here is where you can tease a little and show some skin. Keep the top on until you are comfortable with removing it. When you do let the top drop to the floor.
Move # 2: Next take off your heels and get comfortable.
High heels are important and a must in learning to do a good strip tease. Find a comfortable and yet sexy way to remove the shoes. One fun way to do this is to place a foot beside him and ask him to remove the shoe... slowly. He may fumble at this point so you may need to help him. If that move doesn't work lift your leg behind your back and remove each shoe slowly. Allow them to drop to the floor. A good strip tease is about seduction... slow seduction.
Move # 3: Stockings/nylons are next.
For ease you will want to wear a pair of nylons that come to your mid thigh. If you used the trick of allowing him to remove the shoes you can then keep your leg beside him and slowly start unrolling the nylons maintaining constant eye contact. Do NOT allow him to remove the nylons... this is your moment to take control of the dance once again. If he tries, playfully slap his hand and smile as you give him the no no finger. As you roll the stocking down your leg allow your behind to rise. Remove the nylon completely from your foot and wrap it around his neck. Do the same for the other side.
Move # 4: Remove the garter belt.
If you decided to wear a garter belt you can give him control again and allow him to remove it or you can simply remove the item right after you do the nylons and fling it across the room.
Move # 5: Now the skirt.
This move can be done by having your back face him or from the side. At this point you can get a little more brazen. Arch your back and stick out your behind. Allow him to see your beautiful curves. Run your fingers down your body to your zipper. Unzip and unbutton your skirt slowly but let the skirt drop quickly to the floor. Now you are only in your bra and underwear.
Practice these moves. Removing clothing can be difficult when you are not trying to be sexy. It is challenging when you are trying to be sexy. Practice these moves to music and get comfortable with them. You may find your own variations to these moves through your practice. Find what works for you.
