With a goal of living to 105, Karen Garcia is an information junkie when it comes to topics dealing with longevity and anti-aging. From her almost fanatical skincare regimen to her over abundance of daily supplements, Karen's fascination with becoming a centenarian is a constant motivation. One of the Baby Boomer generation, Karen is passionate about searching out the "fountain of youth", trying day by day to live a healthier lifestyle and sharing her discoveries with anyone who's interested. Karen is also like everyone else with lofty goals who struggle with discipline and focusing on the prize! She writes from her heart and hopes at least some of the nuggets she shares will be of help (and maybe inspiration) to readers.
