Your diet can/will keep you from looking and feeling your best and should not be overlooked or ignored. Here is a short list of do’s and don’ts:

Stop eating three big meals a day - instead eat six smaller ones. Eat every three to four hours - you should NEVER "get hungry" or feel hunger pangs. Keep your metabolism stirring by eating more frequently.

Stop eating after eight pm – you can even stop as early as seven pm. The food you consume and do not burn off will store as fat.

Stop drinking sodas they are very high in sugar.

Tea is ok (natural antioxidant) however - do not load it was too much sugar.

Cakes, cookies, brownies are all out – this also includes candy. Absolutely NO sweets at night.

Protein shakes could be a "meal" during the day. You can add a little fruit (banana or some strawberries) to your shake.

Try to eat low fat/high protein meals. High protein foods are - chicken, tuna, salmon are excellent choices.

Plan out meals whenever you can. Remember all foods you eat that are not used by an organ, body tissue, build muscle etc. store as body fat if you don't burn it off.

Make sure that you eat fruits and vegetables everyday.

Make sure you drink enough water through out the day.
