Atlanta Backpacking Examiner | Bio
Find out more about David:

Dave Greenstein lives with his wife, Erin, and their four dogs in Woodstock, Georgia. He works as a high school history teacher, and coach, when not backpacking. He is a self-professed blue-blazing section hiker who has over 2,000 miles hiked in thirteen states, and Mexico. He is a member of several hiking organizations, and considers himself to be active within the hiking community. He currently is working on a novel centered on backpacking, and the Appalachian Trail. In addition, he is passionate about educating America's youth about the American wilderness that is theirs to explore, and protect. When not working, or hiking, he likes to spend time with his wife, writing, training his Aussie pup, and future hiking partner, Sampson, watching sports, or his secret sin, video games.
