The grounds of Emlen Physick Estate in Cape May are transformed into a festival of fun, entertaining and educational activities that kids of all ages can enjoy on July 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Learn what life was like more than a century ago from the parlor to the playroom on a special kid-friendly tour of the Estate. Tromp around the grounds of the Estate and enjoy dress-up, bubble-blowing, hat-making, face painting, Victorian games and more! Admission is $5 for children (ages 3 to 12) and free for adults. Other activities on Kids Day include Teddy Bear Tea Parties at the Carriage House Tearoom and Café located on the grounds of the Emlen Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St., at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and book signings by children's book authors and illustrators. Kids Day is sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC).
