Robert Boustany is gracing South Boston Yoga this weekend with two days of workshops. Even if you're just slightly interested in yoga, it may be worth checking out some or all of this series - this guy is pretty interesting. He's been teaching yoga for 38 years (!), and has been taught by almost all the big names including BKS Iyengar, Ana Forrest, Dave Swenson, Doug Swenson, Swami Muktananda, Swami Ranganathananda, Vethathiri Yogiraj Maharishi, and Swami Satchitananda. if those names mean nothing to you, just trust that it's an impressive list.

Not too often is there an opportunity to attend a workshop taught by such a veteran for this price. If nothing else, you'll definitely get to see some of the really crazy yogi poses, like the one above, in real life.

  • Sat 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm -- Moving Deeper into Hips and Legs
  • Sat 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm -- Pralaya Yoga: Unusual & Useful Practices and Challenges for Everyone
  • Sun 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm -- Extreme Arm Strength, Shoulder & Neck Flexibility & Stability, Twisting Farther

Cost is $110 for all three sessions, or $40 each.
